Products are only supplied while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after your order, we will notify you immediately and may cancel your order with a full refund.

Prices and payments
Listed prices
All prices on our Website are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately in your cart before checkout.

Payment obligation
Payment must be completed before your order is shipped. If payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be processed.

Delivery

Transfer of risk
The risk of damage or loss passes to you at the moment the products are handed over to the delivery partner. We recommend inspecting the packaging upon receipt.
Undelivered parcels
If your parcel is not delivered, please contact us. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or process a refund.
Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the conditions below are met.

- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- All labels and tags must be intact and present
- Original shipping materials must be included
Return shipping
Return shipments are at your expense, unless caused by an error on our part. Please ensure tracking on your return package.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions: Returns are not possible for personalised products or when the packaging has been opened and the product has clearly been used.
